Welcome Reception - “Under The Tuscan Sun”

Kick off the week with sunset aperitivo, wood-fired pizza, and music to set the mood. With an open bar and a pool ready for dipping, we’ll gather at Villa Ricrio for good food, great company, and a hint of Tuscan magic.

We are not arranging transportation to this event, but the venue is a 0-12 min drive from the villas ;)
Theme: No formal dress code — just channel comfortable Italian summer. Something that pairs well with a spritz. 🍊
Spaghetti Western - “Once Upon a Time in the West”
Arizona meets Tuscany: where the party kicks off
Inspired by “Once Upon a Time in the West” - S. Leone
Join us for a Western-inspired night under the Tuscan sky at one of the area’s most iconic farms. There’ll be horses and ponies (yes, you can ride them!), a delicious dinner, plenty of drinks, and music to keep us dancing into the night. It’s just a short 10-minute ride from the villas — a perfect evening of fun, good food, and great company.
Theme: Desert tones, dusty boots, bold bandanas, flowing skirts, pearl snaps — think Leone meets Italian summer

Beach Day - “Mediterraneo”
A beach daydream in Baratti

Let’s escape to the coast for a day of sun, sea, and slow living. We’ll settle into a serene beach club at Baratti, nestled between the shore and a breezy pinewood forest. Expect cold drinks, fresh seaside fare, and plenty of space to unwind.
Feeling adventurous? Join the optional hike to a secluded stretch of wild coastline or wander the ancient hilltop town of Populonia, rich with Roman and Etruscan ruins and sweeping sea views.

Theme: No specific dress code — think comfortable, coastal Italian summer. We recommend shoes that can handle a short uphill/downhill walk (Birkenstocks, Havaianas, Tevas, etc.).
Big Party - “La Dolce Vita”
A love letter to Italian 60s coastal glamour
Inspired by “La Dolce Vita” - F. Fellini
Get ready for a night of cinematic glamour as we take over an iconic seaside club overlooking the Mediterranean. Inspired by the golden age of Italian cinema, we’ll channel the timeless allure of Marcello Mastroianni and Sophia Loren. The evening begins with a sunset aperitivo, followed by dinner, and then we’ll let the music take over as our DJs set the mood for a dance-fueled night beneath the stars.
Theme: Coastal chic Italy in the 60s. Breezy tailoring, bold sunglasses, linen sets, and crisp collars — effortless

Bigger Party - “La Grande Bellezza”
A dream dressed in opulence and lit by starlight

This is the one. A night of beauty, indulgence, and revelry — our grand celebration. We’ll begin with a sunset aperitivo and an exquisite dinner crafted by one of the region’s top chefs. As night deepens, live music will fill the air before we descend into the castle’s hidden vault for an unforgettable afterparty. We’re dancing this one straight into sunrise — dress to dazzle.

Farewell Dinner - "Pane, Amore e Fantasia"
Ending on a note of love, laughter, and gratitude!

Our final evening together calls for something special. We’ll gather at one of the region’s most beloved restaurants for a night of unforgettable food, heartfelt toasts, and celebration. It’s a tribute to the memories we’ve made and the time we’ve shared — the perfect way to close our time together.
We are not arranging transportation for this event. The restaurants’ is a 20 min drive from the villas.
Theme: No specific dress code. Channel countryside evening chic. Light layers, soft fabrics, and outfits that feel good as the sun sets and the wine flows.
